Obama invited to give a second Gettysburg Address

Keeping with the Obama-as-Lincoln meme that dominated the presidential campaign, the town of Gettysburg has extended a unique invitation to the president.
One town is already banking on President Obama's re-election: Gettysburg, Pa. Looking ahead to July 2013, organizers of the 150th anniversary of the decisive three-day clash between Union and Confederate forces have extended an invitation for Obama to deliver his own Gettysburg address, we hear. "That would be really cool," says Gettysburg Convention and Visitors Bureau President Norris Flowers. "I expect that."
Abraham Lincoln gave the first Gettysburg Address in 1863 to commemorate those who died in the Civil War battle. The speech is one of the shortest in American history. Lincoln delivered the entire address without the aid of a Teleprompter.
